Bennett Mahoney (formally Bennett Law) was established in June 2021 by Daniel Bennett, Barrister & Solicitor, and is located in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. Daniel's primary practice areas include real estate, wills, estates, corporate law, and personal injury law. ​In August 2023, Ken Mahoney, Barrister & Solicitor, joined the firm in capacity as partner, and adds over 20 years of professional experience in a diverse set of practice areas that include civil and administrative litigation, criminal law and personal injury law. ​Bennett Mahoney Law has six full time support staff that assist in managing the firm and delivering client results. The firm strives to provide timely and affordable legal services while being approachable and understanding in managing matters for our clients.
